حقي في التعبير My right to Express

تتفق معظم دساتير العالم في حق الفرد في الرأي والتعبير ، من بينها النظام الأساسي للدولة  ، حيث يذكر هذا الحق صريحا في المادة 29 من الباب الثالث : الحقوق والواجبـات :

مادة ( 29 ) : حرية الرأي والتعبير عنه بالقول والكتابة وسائر وسائل التعبير مكـفوله في حدود القانون.

Most constitutions in the World agree on an individual's right in freedom of expressing and stating their opinion, including the statute of the State, where it confirmed in article 29 chapter III: Rights and Duties:

Article (29) Freedom of opinion and expression, whether spoken, written or in other forms, is guaranteed within the limits of the Law.

ويعني بالتعبيـر التعبير عن الرأي قولا وكتابة وفعلا ، حيث ان كافة وسائل المستخدمة في التعبيـر تدخل ضمن اطار هذا الحق ، وضمن اطار القوانين التي تكفل هذه الحق بمختلف اشكاله . من بين هذه القوانين : قانون المطبوعات والنشر ، قانون الجزاء العماني ، قانون مكافحة جرائم تقنيةالمعلومات .

Which generally means expressing an opinion verbally nor nonverbally or written. Whereas by all the ways are mentioned is considered. Were all the means that are used in the expression is within the framework of right, within the framework of laws that ensure this right in all its forms, among these laws: the Press and Publications Law, the Omani Penal Code, and the Law Cyber Crimes.
